This what happens when youre too soft coz youre a "players coach" , as a coach you still need to be able to put the fear of god into players.
Not blaming Goody for all the issues coz they are grown adults, but ive got no doubt he's let them get away with stuff others wouldnt so they keep pushing the boundaries knowing he/we will let them off.

It’s important to remember that the issue is he got caught - coke use is rife in the AFL. Many players from all clubs use it weekly, that is fact.
This doesn’t excuse Smith for doing it in the days before a game, but to blame it on Goody is a stretch imv.
That being said, we definitely have issues and the club should announce a review immediately. I would like to see the playing group come out and institute a ban on alcohol for the 2024 season but that’s probably out of the question.
