No... he retired at the right time... he cost us many games last year with his loping handballs and stray kicks... at least he realised he couldn't cut it anymore and stood retired... He was more frustrating to watch then LA... and that's saying something...

Not only was he retired too early he was sent in to the backline too early.

Anyone who says Brady cost us a number of games really doesn't understand the game. He won the B&F the year before he retired. He has 3 Syd Barker medals. Hate all you want but he was a great servant of the club and his ticker is seriously missed in the current line up.

He was a great club man... but his skills became laughable... almost painful to watch at times... guess I "don't really understand" the game though....

It's all about dream team points mate.

Get with the program.

The guy coped some s**t, but never from me! He was all about North Melbourne, the team, and the club! And I might add, still is!

Had some bad games, yes, but played his guts out time in time out!

3 Syd Barker medals :thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu:

Could have played another year or two in the guts without a doubt.

Would get 30+ if not forced to tag and would have disposal no worse than Ziebell, Cunnington or Greenwood are currently producing.

The leadership he brought was also highly under rated.

Sigh, c'est la vie.

The great irony that is lost on the youth/DT/SC cultists.

Lets not even mention the level of resistance he would apply to stop the ball going the other way.
