Technique is probably the most crucial thing in jiu jitsu

Small guys with excellent technique and skill like Viney would destroy big 110kg aussies who may have a decent 1 rep max lift in them and not be as skilled in jiu jitsu technique/skills

He would have them tapping very quickly in a fight

But Viney is not 100% holding onto Parish with all his might and skill.... its training... and seems the early stages with a focus on technique and skill rather than 100% ferocious intensity

'Tackling'/take down in jiu jitsu is also illegal in most cases in AFL. Control of the head, leg locks/trips are crucial... which obviously not allowed in AFL so isnt fully Vineys domain

weight is size matey.
Size definition:

the relative extent of something; a thing's overall dimensions or magnitude; how big something is.

Weight is mass. Size is the shape or dimensions.

right so it'd be fairly likely to suggest that a thing's overall dimensions or magnitude are correlated with it's weight. a heavier thing likely has larger dimensions or magnitude.

It can. However size doesn't necessarily correlate to weight.

So you think a bloke with no training in martial arts that can bench 150 kg would smack a national champion in any martial art who can only bench 75?

You said bench press is the only thing that matters in any fight, ever.
No I didn't. I said when there's a large discrepancy put your money on the big guy. When they're similar, speed and skill matter.

No matter what martial art you train in, you can't ask your opponent to use the same. The stronger guy will manipulate the fight so that his advantage takes precedence ie he will ensure everything is at close quarters. If I'm benching 140 and the other guy is benching 60 he's going to be vastly more affected by a blow to the kidneys than me.

Mitch Hooper would break the ribs of anybody he put his elbows on. How exactly does a 75kg guy win that fight unless Hooper allows the whole fight to be done at a distance?

Martial artists are trained to overcome these differences. Especially in Jiu Jitsu. And in literally every martial art as far as self defence goes, you train in all of them.

I train Taekwondo but have learned different skills from Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, Karate, Krav Maga and many many more. Do you think we train solely in one set of circumstances? We train to incapacitate our opponent no matter their strength or size or what they have. Knife, club, gun,

And a guy with no training would always try that. But you're acting as if the other guy doesn't know how to manipulate it his way either, whilst having trained exactly how to beat them? Who do you think is more likely going to dictate the circumstances of a fight, a 3rd Dan black belt or someone who has no martial arts training at all?

a 3rd Dan black belt or someone who has no martial arts training at all?

I'm unclear as to why these two are fight.

Can I have some additional context please?

Why are they fighting?
Where are they fighting?
What are they fighting for?
What does the winner get?
Is it televised?
Is it Jake Paul v Mike Tyson?

Just a hypothetical.

Answer the questions please, I refuse to engage with a context-less hypothetical.

Actually, mass is the total amount of matter of an object whereas weight is the force of gravity on object. For example, my mass is the same on Earth and the Moon but my weight on the Moon is 6 times as much as on Earth.
