You go Reece! Get fit, stay fit and tear it up in 2015. If he can stay on the field he adds a huge amount to our team.

Problem has been his history is of getting form then tearing something - usually his hamstring. Here's hoping.

Best 22 easily. would like to know more about these 'dissapointing performances'

I agree best 22, however he has not produced anywhere near the ability he has which is where I think the disappointment stems. I think he could be a top 5-10 player if he got elite level fit. The word I have is he enjoys a few to many 'lasagne's'. He does look to be carrying some and whilst he is probably only a few kilos overweight, carrying those extra kilos as an elite sportsperson adds up to an almighty extra amount of power he has to put out over a season and probably would explain extra injuries. A viscous circle thing...

I think from time to time some players have break out years because they wake up to the opportunity they have - I am hoping he is one of them.

So right now, for mine, best 22 - but 15-22 level and not 5-10 where his talent should dictate he is...

A bit off topic and back on the carrying a few kilo's - but -Yarran - is he seriously packing some extra ?? I saw him entering punt road and he looked so big, to the point where I wondered if it was him until I saw photos of him later that day....it was. Could it be just beard causing a visual ?

Then shortly after was Vlastuin - he looked RAZOR sharp......

Handy position we have here - a top 10 draft pick who has, due to injury, not really contributed much over the past year so if he continues to battle, we don't really lose much.
But if he stays fit and produces a standard that we expect/hope for, well we are way in front.
Almost like a #6 draft pick with 5 years in the system just turns up on our doorstep.

I reckon he will come good.

Dat depth!

Reece conca......when we first drafted him and his first couple of seasons i was very excited up until around the ine westcoast showed interest in him, it was around this time it felt like Reece rated him self a little bit and he was a few kg heavy, looked a little disinterested. This is when I started to go off him a bit, what followed was many injuries, now they might have been a blessing in disguise, if of course he now has a injury free run. In his short stints between injuries I've seen a player who is some what desperate to wear the jumper, not the I'm speacial player I have seen in the past. Now I see a picture of him and thus slimmer looking conca is a welcoming site to see, has the penny dropped for our boy, has he realized at the top lvl no stone should be unturned and his training and diet are now number 1 priority. A fit and focused Reece conca equals at the worst a good player at the best a hard running gritty midfielder, somthing we continue to recruit each year to fill the void but all along we had in our own back yard. Get fit, get angry and love the club just half as much as I do Reece and you will become anothe piece of our premiership puzzle.
