He should have left for Carlton the year Hardwick dropped him in early 2020 the only reason he stayed is he found a little bit of form & we won the 2020 flag.
He also than had the audacity to try get to Port this off-season than comes back to the club with his tale between his leg after Port instead chose JHF over him.

We don't need players like that at our club.

Can someone explain to me how he tags Sloane out of a grand final and does alright himself and now barely does s**t, like maybe give him the job on players like Bont and always hide the bread
He has no pace off the mark. With so many leg injuries he's suffered over the last 7 years it's really no surprise.

if Jack Graham scrapes into the side this week that's ok, but ID be playing him as the sub.... we need a fast, pacy side at Marvel v STK and maybe Jack can come on in the third when the pace of the game has wilted and get amongst it, he is a strong finisher as we know and good distributer when in space.

Great idea. I'm sure it won't be considered but it's the only option for him in my opinion.

Prestia has about 4 or 5 leg injuries a year, in which case arguments could be made for him. Graham has had an ingrown toenail and a couple of minor injuries that no-one can vaguely remember. He's not Clay Smith on his 4th knee reco with bone rubbing on bone FFS's.

And that ****en shoulder injury has been overhyped more than the launch of the Segway. Tubby did exactly what 9/10 would and have done. No more excuses he Dean Polo'd the 2017 GF and done little of note since. Goneski! Why else would the club be too embarrassed to write an article he "triggered his clause?"

No. He does seem to always have some sort of leg injury. Whatever it is, that coupled with the fact that he was never that quick to begin with ensures that while his endurance may be fine, his general speed to and around the contest is a yard short of where it should be.

I think it will take a new coach to do it. I kinda get the feeling if it's Mini and the same coaching staff they'll probably make him captain!

If we get a pick 35 or better then I’d trade (keep in mind 35 turns into 40 with academy picks etc..).

If not then hold. He didn’t have a pre-season and he’s mid-20’s. I’m optimistic his best footy is still ahead of him. I wouldn’t off load for peanuts.

Agree, don't trade him for next to nothing. But also don't allow him to have a permanent spot in the side regardless of form either.

He’s considered best 22 by coaches who are fitting him anywhere on the field

He looks overweight. He practically waddled off the field last night.

Needs to drop 10kg
Wtf are you guys on about? JGTI has one of the biggest tanks of anyone at the club. Works his butt off, and is the ultimate professional.

He came into the season underdone for sure, had not played even a scratch match, not his fault he was selected. It took him a good while to get consistently going. He has been underwhelming this season, only two games of 20 and 22 disposals and 9 games of 15 or under is pretty average. I agree it is not fitness now, just can't seem to get it if we aren't. He may work his butt off, but it isn't helping him much.

unless your taking the piss...wake up and watch how little impact he's having.....this post reminds me of that old u/12 coach, when giving out the awards after the team was flogged by 20 goals.....

"and the macdonalds happy meal voucher award for 5th best goes to jack graham, he didn't get much of the footy. 1 kick and 2 handballs, but he tried real hard.

I was responding to comments questioning his fitness and professionalism, which is ****ing ridiculous.

He is consistently in the top five players on the ground (not just Richmond) for total distance and distance at high speed — go and check the stats. If Graham has a fitness issue, then that would mean 3/4 of our list does.

Not necessarily. GC will burn a few picks inside 35 to match their academy bids. Dogs will probably burn a couple for Croft etc.

He’s still slow, overweight and second to the ball. A lot of people with these characteristics are fit, but it doesn’t help on a football field if you’re second to the ball.

Would be an ideal captain ... our our TWOS team next year.

Simply has to lose 5 kilos otherwise he will just keep getting injured and be a liability
