I can see why others wanted young talent, but I am happy they have brought Ed back in. Good younger players develop well when they have good role models and there is none better than Ed. He could have been signed by the VFL team but they have a tight salary cap for non AFL players and Ed deserves to be paid. Will be great for standards in reserves and if called up to the seniors will play his role. Love a playing coach, I had a lot when I played and they set standards.
