I must confess here to being quite chuffed about this.

The Whitlock boys are the grandsons of one of my first cousins.

Now having said that, I have never met them, nor even knew they existed until a couple of months ago!

What I do know about their genetics though is that on their grandmother's side, the Ford blood in them will guarantee that they will definitely fill out in time.

Horry I found out today that they live from about 50 Blight torpedoes away from me.

With his ground level movement and sound decision making there is absolutely no reason why he couldn’t play as a third tall type interceptor very early on. His positioning is really good and he is a far more natural reader of the play compared to someone like Tauru.

His marking is really good when he drifts in from the side rather. That combined with his athleticism would suggest it would be a good role while he develops his body.

He isn’t a real attacking playmaker by foot, but he is really reliable and makes good decisions with ball in hand.

This is a big positive. Particularly with Comben needed at both ends. We could use a tall player with talent that can play a role for a few years while building.
