He would want to have a big preseason. There are a couple of players that will outstrip his output. He needs to come back having worked on his strength and tank.

Ironic, as I was thinking his career could go the same way as Curtis Taylor's.

Taylor could play multiple positions and take the high mark but ended up a bit of a nowhere man.

Darling and Zurhaar limits his selection. And then there is Duursma.

Eddie could do worse than watching tapes of Blake Acres and Mason Wood.

Acres always seems to provide an outlet target from defence. Gets deep in defence to be the goalkeeper. And sneaks from wing to the fat side to provide a marking target on inside 50 entries.

I really really hope he gets things together. Love watching him. He always seems “close” but never get it’s quite right. Really hoping he can lift cause if he gets some polish, some improved decision making he could be really damaging.

Not that impressed when I went to Matt Hanson’s page with the body transformations, definitely seen better. Hope Eddie has employed the right bloke, he was a decent footballer himself or still is, so with that in mind hopefully he can get Eddie going for pre season.
