Indeed, very suited to it.People like to bang on about the Lambert role. Well this is a role Sonsie might be able to conquer prior to other roles

Nothing like Lennon. This boy is pure class when he gets the footy, and he’s a natural footballer. Will be a very very good player, great around contestsThere's a bit of Ben Lennon about this kid, overated, I said that from the start.
So you think the first round pick is better than the late 2nd round pick.We were all told he could have been the number 1 pick if he wasn't injured. He thinks he is better than he is and he lacks dicipline.
Tom Brown is a superior player.
Agree 100%So you think the first round pick is better than the late 2nd round pick.
Sounds like the person overrating Sonsie is you.
"Could've been the number 1 pick" is nothing but hypothetical hyperbole which you're using purely to fit your narrative. In the real world, Sonsie wasn't pick 1, wasn't even a first round pick so try to use facts to frame your argument.
I doubt he has the speed or the tank that lambert hadIndeed, very suited to it.
Lambert was never quick though. Just a really good tank and really good understanding of how the game plan worked and how he best fit in itI doubt he has the speed or the tank that lambert had
Clarke / Campbell / Green would probably be a better suit to Lambert
I don't think he will lack a tank, more a case of not being mentally strong enough to do the work on repeat. That comes with age like most young players. Seems to me his no.1 asset is his natural accumulation and clever use of the ball. The others might have more of a tank but not his class.I doubt he has the speed or the tank that lambert had
Clarke / Campbell / Green would probably be a better suit to Lambert
No he just kicks goals and creates goals instead, call me old fashioned.Loved his ball use on the weekend. Does he apply enough pressure to play that high half forward role for us?
There's definitely an argument for having Sonsie sitting there on the outside given none of our mids aside from Dusty are overly damaging by foot.Do he just kicks goals and creates goals instead, call me old fashioned.
Said it before, there's a touch of Sidebottom about him. There's definitely an argument for having Sonsie sitting there on the outside given none of our mids aside from Dusty are overly damaging by foot.
Exactly the player i likened him too when drafted but only question is his tank and speedSaid it before, there's a touch of Sidebottom about him.
I sentence you to 14 years in Rowville…..the boy from rowville is going to have a blinder this year
Isn't Assange from Mooroolbark?the boy from rowville is going to have a blinder this year
Sidebottom is not overly quick, but does have a tank. Plenty of very good footballers don't have Sidebottom's tank.Exactly the player i likened him too when drafted but only question is his tank and speed

The North guy milked the contact. He shouldn't have got more than a week. Two I think from memory
But not sure cause it was a vfl suspension not sure if he needs to wait for the vfl season to actually start before starting his suspension
Definitely agree with this.Needs to be more team orientated , which includes acts which aren’t going to necessary earn him a possession including tackling .
Two of the most gifted by foot of all time around goals, I dont think Sonsie's talent by foot is remotely close to these two.Couldn’t be more excited about Tyler’s progression.
He played predominantly half forward which is another feather in his cap. Had 5 shots on goal. Kicked two and set another one up with a beautiful kick.
What I really loved about Tyler’s game from yesterday was his work rate to get involved up the ground and then stay involved in the chain on the way back.
There’s little doubt in my mind that this kid will evolve into a brilliantly damaging footballer in the Nathan Brown, Akermanis mold.
