This in lies the biggest issue for the GOP, this approach works against Biden but not against a fresh opponent. If he doesn't change tack and bring something new, the electorate will tune out and focus on the shiny new candidate.

This is the strongest ticket the dems have had since Obama days, perhaps more so. Harris/Walz have actually calibrated to fight the MAGA GOP, whereas Hilary and Biden never were.
