Excited to see him finish the season strong, perhaps get an AFL game along with a 2 years deal. He's got the attributes we're crying out for.

Also, late in last Q, saw him lay a very nice bump for someone apparently afraid of his own shadow

Rather get games into RHJ, than ever see Sleevo in the seniors again.

Someone who’d know did tell me he was so shy and reserved it was near painful.

But that the last couple of months he was more comfortable at the club. Or words to that effect.

I’ve got a furry feeling RHJ is about to explode on the scene.
Farmer, Ezard, Cyril, Bamblett….. all took a season or 2 to adjust to the rigors of VFL/AFL,& then the rest is a mystery.

I think he'd do better in our new forward structure with Larkey, Pink, Teakle, Zurhaar, Curtis. A bit more attention in the air to allow him to find opportunities down low.

He played in some poorly structured forward lines, in his first stint.

Not banging down the door just yet but safe to say he's at least knocking on it. Impressive game. Really should have ended with 5 and the 5th would have been the best of them.

Definitely keen for him to back up his offensive game, but I feel he needs to knuckle down on his defensive intent. He was better on the weekend, but he’s only averaging 1.3 tackles as a small. He needs to be averaging at least 3 a game as a small forward to get into the main side.

Agree however he didn't register a tackle, his defensive intent was there. He was shepherding for team mates, laying bumps and bringing about the pressure/perceived pressure which was a good sign.

His best defensive game all year and his overall intent was up. I know he can lay a decent tackle, so let’s hope he can post some consistent numbers.

I went through the highlight packages of the last few weeks and noted his output, culminating in the last game where he did fantastically. Glad to see this thread is active. Some talent there!

So after a couple of good games we now want to re-sign him, forgetting that virtually all of his games previous were pretty useless.

He's still a delist for mine especially with other out of contract players putting their hand's up
