Sadly , Biden is regressing at an alarming rate.
Rumours of his decline were vindicated at the Debate and appearances since haven't moved the dial in his favour by much , if at all.
I don't think arguing he's in better nick than Trump will work , choosing the lesser of 2 evils may not go Bidens way - particularly if he continues to stumble.
There's too much blood in the water now and media is feasting on it.
