We gave up picks 8, 14, 22, 34 for Taranto and Hopper......and Smith and Green. This latter pair are a long way of being declared AFL footballers, but there definitely seems to be some promise there. When you think of the 2014 op-shop draft haul of Lambert, Butler, Short, Castagna, Soldo, none of the younger ones produced anything of note until their 3rd season, 2017. And Soldo not for another 2 years after that. Of Smith, Green, Campbell, Trezise, only Green is playing his second full season with us this year. There could be so much upside in these guys.
Careful now, optimism don't get taken well round these here parts

Just judging by the very small sample size we've seen so far, he looks like a natural forward.
I remember his first game when he came on as the sub, had 3 possessions up near the middle of the ground and hit 3 very good passes. Agree he seems like a natural forward, but there maybe more to him than that. Besides it is going to be very hard to get a gig there unless through injury.

Natural mid - he’s been broken down and taught to play fwd pretty much from
Scratch with us which is why he struggled so badly in the beginning at vfl level.

Has tidy disposal and hard at it, would like to see more of him
