This guy is a genuinely good user but we have absolutely no system moving the ball so he has no idea wtf to do - absolutely comical!

Why even draft blokes if the club doesn't even want to make a system that allows players to play the game!?!

I don't understand what this club is doing and am just about ready to burn my membership. Complete and utter lack of leadership and buy in
Same thing with fisher imo

Fish has good skills

But there was no movement for him to kick to

There is a system, but he's new to it (and it's a newish system) and far too many players don't run hard enough (or at all) to create options. Daniel's strength isn't just those beautifully neat short/medium kicks, but his decision making/speed. If we don't give him options to choose from, then the end result isn't that pretty.

There is A system but there's no evidence it's any good or that anyone is actually buying in to it.

He's been good. Without getting into bashing some of our other blokes down back CD is having a flow on impact because his ability and willingness to - successfully - bite off attacking kicks is making it much easier to put opposition on the other foot. This ultimately is making everyone's job easier down there. Good start to his career at North.

That’s the thing, isn’t it. Gotta factor in the father son/ academy tax.
Exactly. Look, would I have loved a 4th rounder back or some sort of steak knife set up as well, of course but I think once it’s all said and done and we look back on Daniel’s impact at our club, we will all be happy with what we paid. I know it’s not the exact same circumstances and he is a couple years older - but it’s got a lot of Shaun Higgins about it - and he was a bonafide shinboner.

He struggled for his first 6 quarters with us.

Second half today is what we got him for. Little link up mosquito. More please.
I think it was like his 7th disposal that was actually to our advantage this week. But after that he really tidied things up. Him and choms turnarounds within a game were both pretty impressive.

It's nice having someone who gets a bunch of cheapies off his teammates that you actually want the footy in is hands.

Geez he's good , takes the game on .

For all are ****ing around with some of our trades. Early days but we have nailed the four this year.
well, technically Parker and Konstanty are one trade. We won't know if we nailed the Whitlock trade until we see where the pick we gave Richmond ends up.
