A-League Men Round 2 and we have the first Melbourne Derby of the season on Saturday night which is the highlight of the round Kisnorbo now coaching Victory up against his old side Melbourne City will there be fireworks? I'm sure there will be always spicy affairs are the Melbourne Derbies.
Other highlights of the round Sydney FC travel to Auckland on Sunday afternoon and take on their old coach in Steve Corica, and we have the 'Western' Derby, That is Western United V Western Sydney. who is the greater Western? All to be played out.

Got tickets for the derby. Should be a good game. Interestingly, City has been pursuing a bit of a youth strategy, signing a bunch of its academy kids to professional contracts over the past few weeks.
 
Are Macarthur capitalising on R1 success?

They should be advertising the shit out of tonight's game. Should be 20 bucks for adults.
Juniors accompanied by an adult = free.
If they haven't tried to capitalise on it so far they're unlikely to do so now.

In fact they probably made the cheapest tickets $75 after round one 😂

Just had a look before, crazy how many tickets are available!
Sadly for City, when Victory stopped playing at Docklands it meant the City home derby's were no long as hotly anticipated for fans wanting an intimate atmosphere. Doesn't help that City have done stuff all to engage with fans over the last five years and have slowly dropped off. I'm lucky to get to three games a year nowadays.
