I thought it would be a great idea for us to look back and reflect on what has been an awesome ride for all of us since 1987 amidst the doom and gloom of the last 3 years.

Post a favourite memory of a single performance by a player, achievement by the eagles in a particular game or just something that you love about the club.

I know the premierships are the highlights and we have 4 of them to brag about but lets focus on individual performances etc other than the flags

For me it was sumich in 1991 round 13 when sumich kicked 13 goals to dismantle the bulldogs almost single handedly and this sticks out in my mind to this day.

I wasn't much into football before this night but it made me a diehard eagles supporter and have never looked back.
Such a club champion sumich is and many of his performances were incredible.

2003 game vs Collingwood in Melbourne is one of my favourites. Seeing the 2006 midfield in their formative years is something special:

And of course, can't mention 2003 without talking about Chris Judd's 5 goal first half vs Brisbane

Both those games against the previous season's grand finalists showed what our squad was capable of.

Thanks for that. Definitely going to watch the 2003 game v pies now.
Didn't see it live at the time. I remember us coming from behind at the end and snatching it.

Was quite the game.
We stormed out of the blocks. Collingwood charged down the lead and built their own. We then mowed it down and overran them.
