I’d be more comfortable comparing him to Jarryd Lyons, but he is a much (much, much) better runner. Needs to work on his kicking, even when he’s not under pressure.

What is his defence like then Briz? Does he get a decent tackle count, is he a bit of a Dunkley? I see us with a brilliant midfield contingent going forward but is there a good defensive one in the crop?

Can’t say I’ve taken much notice of his defensive abilities. Most of the time I believe he’s played a see ball, get ball role, where as Dunkley plays an actual defensive role.

Hes an exceptional tackler.

in the QAFL over 10 games he averaged 20+ disposals and 4 tackles a game as 17 year old.

He was the leading ball winner in the Grand Final and also had 5 tackles that day.

Some absolute howlers in there. I am not privy to who missed out, so it could just be the best of a bad bunch. Could be a tough year for them unless they play 4+ of the over agers every week.
