No doubting that at all. Our school is generally horrible both at participation and preparation. As a team we've put forward our requests of what we want and how we want things to be treated and hopefully we'll reap the beinfits now.

The talent is certainly there, just not the output at the present time. And that spreads through all year levels.

Oh, and if you're wondering, Eltham are even better this year. Any team that gets within 100 points of them, congratulations....

Westbourne do have one, its called the Ray Horsbourough Scholarship named after the Essendon President. Only 1 kid in our side has one and thats Sean Hudson. Im tipping the players that are on scholarships at Eltham are of a little bit higher quality.

Yes that claim is true at least 6 or 7 normal a's players played in the magoos today. I think barden kicked 21 goals 8 behinds and at gave at least 5 off.

darcy would be nearly your best player. it's like saying we'll play buddy in the reserves just to rotate

maybe 1 or 2 players in the westbourne seconds that play footy out of school and a fair few that have never played footy.

thomas carr beat overnewton by 4 goals. disapointing considering we had 5 goal lead at 3 quarter time with a strong wind behind us in the last. the boys stopped unfortunatly.
