For those more ITK on how these things are likely to play out, if Dodo goes would we expect the club to headhunt a replacement from another club or elsewhere in the footy ecosystem, or does RFK just step up into the vacancy?

If the former, who would be on our shortlist?

Sounds like a campaigner. Not for his drafting strategy, but just for his general contempt for others around him. I place him as trying to make himself seem more intelligent (or making up for a lack of) by being a dick and putting down others.

Wouldn't read a huge amount into that, Dodoro doesn't do pre-draft media anywhere near as much as many other list managers - I don't think Essendon have ever had someone on RTTD for example.

We should get the media managers from Melbourne. They managed to get an (initial) offer of 2 future picks in the teens for pick 4 described as something like 'aggressive trading' instead of the laughable joke that it was.

Our BigFooty poll had about 52% of respondents pick Phillipou for our first pick, and I think Tsatas was more like 20-25%. It will be interesting in 3-5 years' time to see whether even a BF poll can out-draft Dodo (on top 10 picks anyway).
