In some ways yes but for a future world title shot its a random field.
That is why I say realistically Claudio is the only possible option unless the joker is a Miro or MJF.
It doesn't always have to be a meaningful feud. Dante Martin has had a shot before IIRC

AEW logic at its best. CM Punk loses title in a squash match and remains the number 1 on the rankings ( Without having any other match in months) throwback to when Page lost to Punk and he dropped down further without being in line for another shot at it

The worst match on the card is the main event. Only MJF can save it from the train wreck that it has been so far.Pretty stacked card (including the pre-show), I like it.

Yeah yeah whatever. There are some good parts to the card the tag team title match is a sneaky chance to steal the show, Hobbs v Starks will be great, personally I think they have the wrong trios on the other side of the bracket the match we saw on Dynamite should have been the final. Don't really agree with Jericho v Danielson but you know it will deliver. Ladder match will be nuts I still find it a weird field considering its for a world title shot I would have thought more guys like Miro/Darby/OC/ Kingston/Sammy would be involved considering they seem to be the next group down from the top of the tree but it will have some insane spots for sure.The usual suspects are having a grand old time shitting on a show that hasn't even started
Personally have hated the build to Mox/Punk the interim title story is lazy and Punk/Mox just cut the same old promos every time, the squash match didn't do anything for Punk and Mox is just limited to being a brawler for some reason these days. Its the match I am least excited for because the build has been rubbish and the only thing that keeps me interested in it is the idea of MJF showing up and being involved somehow.
The underrating of Mox is very odd…
Pretty sure he just reads the dirt sheets and doesn't actually watch tbh

How is not being a fan of Mox in ring work got anything to do with dirt sheets.
I said he’s limited inside the ring which he is right now his matches are the same over and over much like his promos both of those aspects have nothing to do with dirtsheets at all.
A very interesting take. I really don’t think Mox is “limited in the ring” each to their own
So is the Rampage tomorrow one of the live ones? Hoping they squeeze OC onto the card.
