Essendon only the third home team this century to kick 100 points and lose by 10 goals.

The others - Carlton lost to Adelaide by 176 to 104 in 2009, North lost to Adelaide by 162 to 100 in 2001 and West Coast lost to Melbourne by 170 to 100 in 2000.

You're not concerned whatsoever that you conceded 100 points today?
Oh yeah I'm not happy about that at all. We need a better ruckman. Maybe we can steal Draper 😂

You don't often see interstate clubs come to the MCG and bully you like this on the scoreboard.
Bombers defence is very poor.

Biggest Crows score at the G since the 98 prelim (equal. Before that, '93)

Essendon defence pathetic - they could be shipping plenty of big margins this year.

Crows are looking like a force this year. Tipped them to be the big risers on my ladder predictor, they have weapons everywhere.

Merrett and Cripps two tragic tales of stars who have busted their ass for a decade and received nothing but disappointment from their clubs.

You tipped Hawthorn to finish 9th.

Your tips are shit.

2009 Adelaide finished 5th
2001 Adelaide finished 8th
2000 Melbourne finished 3rd

based on these statistics, and your statistics, the Crows are a lock for finals!

We do like the Blight theory of kicking more than the opposition.

Was strange Scott decided to allow us to play an open game given our respective forward lines.

Essendon brought the pressure last week and stopped the oppo running up a score as a result. This week no pressure and front running let them kick a bag, but also let the oppo score more
TBH, it's hard to get a read on Hawthorn based on what their oppo are doing in other games; the Hawks can only win the game and that's what they're doing.

Crows should of got Ross Lyon as coach when they had the chance lol

I'm hoping your coach thinks like you... But I assume he's a lot smarter than you Kane, so... unlikely.
Lol, you think Nicks is smart? Why do you think we brought in Davis.

Scott chose to allow us to play an open attacking game, which we would have said thank you with our respective forward lines.

Only a numpty could be concerned that this was not the way to go for the Crows.

It's only 15 points more than the Hawks let them score, and yet Hawks only won by 4 goals as opposed to 10.
Its all pointless dick measuring really. Crows chose to go absolutely ham and have fun with the scoreboard, and Essendon got some junk time goals to boost their score. It happens.

I'm sure the Crows can lockdown defend when they need to.
