That turning is atrocious, not sure why some think it's acceptable. I'm not even sure how they messed that up when previous AFL games got it right.

Reminds me of the awful steering in some of the older Need For Speed games.

I only check in every few weeks or so now, is there still no update on Xbox? Proteam which was in final testing 2 months ago? The fact BA have just literally stopped all comms about the game is putrid.

I feel for xbox players, they got taken on a bigger ride than all of us that actually got to play the game, a promise that the game was going to come, multiple postponed dates that have passed and absolute silence.

People can’t get any form of answer from anyone at BA on their forums either.

They did say they are continually working on stuff but with the season only having 2 weeks left what’s the point?

If they are releasing cricket on the 5th which Ross said a week ago they still are, surely they don’t release AFL or even updated it a week prior to wanting to maximise their sales on cricket.

The game is dead with a slim chance of revival at the start of next season.

80% of the replies are people asking for Cricket 24 gameplay, trailer or screenshots etc. looks like they are using the same marketing strategy with Cricket 24 that they used for AFL 23

Hey all.

Haven't posted here for ages.

I play the bulk of my games on PC. I downloaded this clown show of a game on day one and it sucked so bad that I refunded it.

Now, my real life team has been embarrassingly booted outta the finals and I want to try this thong for real.

One MUST for any PC game is ultrawide support. For anyone who isnt familiar, this is a resolution of 3440X1440p. At the time of release there was no UWQHD support.

I am in no rush to start playing, but this is something that would be very important for me to know before I blow $100 again?

Surely there is a very small number of Xbox sales? I mean the game is still bare bones in management mode, interchange and sub still broken and the most hyped mode is still TBC. There is actually no incentive to go out and purchase this game right now?

It’s already got outdated lists etc. The only incentive the game would have had to release late now is pro team at the same time.

This whole game and marketing campaign has been a disaster and a let down. I’ll still purchase cricket as I am a fan of the series but even that without seeing anything so far and AFL has just left such a bad taste in the mouth of the way they have handled everything.

Yep, why buy it on Xbox with completely outdated lists, especially after Grand Final day? May as well wait for AFL 25 or announcement that they will be further patching the game with next years team lists after the lists have been finalised.

I can’t speak for anyone else but they’ve certainly lost my Cricket 24 purchase.
I’ll stick to 22 with outdated lists. At least I won’t have to deal with a likely horrible launch

I’d love to say the same but I’ll still get it, I got burnt with the Xbox release with cricket 22 game was unplayable literally until around Xmas or just after but in the end it turned out to be a solid game.

There’s no way I’m forking out any sort of money for AFL given the state the game is in and no pro team.

It just seems so weird to finally release it with two weeks of the season to go, 2 days notice of it releasing and there just seems to be a stack of games coming out over the next few weeks. Cricket EA FC , UFC , Forza, Hot Wheels just a few that I’ve seen advertised.
