It can never just be a straight up answer can itSo has a patch for consoles been submitted today or not? It doesn’t sound like a scenario any different to any other patch so can consoles expect a patch tomorrow?
*Maybe someone else can repost this as I’m assuming I’m on ignore from the big Rossco!!
doesn’t seem to have eventuated?
It doesn’t take a genius to work out that Ross is inferring the patch is finished and awaiting approval, and a usual early morning release tomorrow. It can never just be a straight up answer can it
A simple “same as usual” would suffice. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that Ross is inferring the patch is finished and awaiting approval, and a usual early morning release tomorrow.
Played a season and a bit on career mode.
Despite all my positivity I have to say if injuries aren’t introduced it’ll absolutely kill the game for me.
Basically playing the same 23 players every game unless I just make up an injury as an excuse to change it.
Injuries may not “be fun” but they add to the realism in a huge way.
Can’t be having injuries, it may affect the players real life state-of-mind.Despite all my positivity I have to say if injuries aren’t introduced it’ll absolutely kill the game for me.
But that’s the thing, the whole point in my opinion of management mode isn’t to simulate haha!If you want injuries give the old simulate match a crack. After 5 games you won’t have any players left

Again despite my support around the game since day 1, this baffles me around suspension for this reason. Can’t be having injuries, it may affect the players real life state-of-mind.
I’ve been getting to team selection and just deciding Nathan Broad did a hammy, so he’s out for 4 weeks. Jack Graham did an ACL so I won’t pick him til next year but it just takes away from the realism for me.Once in FIFA my player in career mode copped an injury that took months to heal. I had to sim a bunch of games and during that time my rating with the coach dropped lower and lower so by the time I was fit I was being shopped around.
Pissed me off so I kept declining the trade offers so I could prove the coach wrong by performing consistently well. Which I did.
I know a proper career mode was sacrificed on the altar of microtransactions, but when you can create your own stories like I did, injuries can be fun.

Edit: Suspensions too but for me to a slightly lesser extent.
At the end of the day both are a part of our game whether they’re fun or make players look bad in real life (which personally sounds silly to me as it’s clearly a game).
They’re both a part of the fabric of what makes AFL great and if you want to create the most realistic and immersive version of the game, they’ll both be included.
Surely there’s an AFL version of The 12th Man that could do 8 or 9 voices and we could choose who wantI want 50m penalties
Deliberate out of bounds
And if they are not activating Hamish, they need to record Razor Ray saying "STAND" so we can hear his glorious voice after every mark!!

Wow that's some sort of list, hopefully that gets fixedThis is the mid season draft in season 2 of my management mode.
This needs to be addressed.
For the record, I secured Matt Rowell with pick 12.Wow that's some sort of list, hopefully that gets fixed
So goes to show free agency is broke for AI, not just the user. All these uncontracted playwrs should be signed in a heartbeat. Hopefully this soon to come management mode features list is worthwhile and not merely stability fixesThis is the mid season draft in season 2 of my management mode.

There was an AFL game that did things like 20 week injuries. Can't remember which one. Each game, two or three players out for 3m+ plus. Suspensions were shorter of course but completely random, what was a safe tackle one second was 6 weeks the next.Once in FIFA my player in career mode copped an injury that took months to heal. I had to sim a bunch of games because I was injured (even though I always play as team instead of one player, so that was a bit annoying) and during that time my rating with the coach dropped lower and lower so by the time I was fit I was being shopped around.

Can anyone remember which AFL game this was? Thankfully you could turn this 'feature' off.
