B-b-but the drugs? The ones that helped us win in 2007?
I have no idea what Cats have done or not done.

But if only the Dons and Blues had have gone with the but-we-lost-a-game defence they would have been in the clear. It's a definitive proof on no wrongdoing ...

Geelong fans in this thread are hilarious. It's the same look you very from kids when an older kid tells them Santa ain't real.

So what does that make you guys, rushing to froth over an oppo team (not even your own rabble) thread over something with zero proof?

I'm sure you'll be front of the line to admit they did nothing wrong when the results suggest so right?

Self auditing lmao the gift that keeps on giving

This?

In an eyebrow-raising development, one of the high-ranking AFL officers overseeing the reported Geelong audit recently capped a six-and-a half-year stint as the Cats’ chief operating officer.

Just wild how the Dons were found guilty, and conveniently in the same time period these players, multiple players, kept breaking down with injuries, where as the Geelong team weirdly stayed healthy.

Maybe they were IV dripping fluids? Oh wait, that wasn't Geelong either.

of course right after they actually conduct an audit without inherit bias.

surely you can see how bad this is?

I believe it would be in the AFL's best interest to see Geelong slide out of contention and in to the mid pack all things considered.
They're bringing far too much attention to themselves and the league and its not the kind the league is after having spent time and money trying to crack deeper into NRL heartland.

You cant have Premiers with questions hanging over them when no one is buying the findings of a former employee overseeing an audit of his previous club.

I think we need more cups heading north to GWS, GC and even Brisbane who, along with their supporter base, have shown to be humble in their recent success.
Its a breath of fresh air the league and bigfooty needed.

Everyone gets a medal. I know you're just a supporter but it's so very Port Power. A loser mindset for a loser club.

I can’t stop laughing at the Chris Scott Morris Finance deal…unbelievably stupid, arrogant or both. I guess that happens after Geel

That’s a bit rich from self declared handbaggers…so you finally delivered in 2007 and you think we have forgotten 1964 to 2006…and you have only won 9 premierships and you were a foundation club….

Fundamentally, a strong Geelong is a positive for membership/crowd, which flows into attractiveness of pork barreling votes (i.e. stadium upgrades) which subsequently benefits AFL executive on KPIs in adjusted average attendance. It's pro-cyclical until it no longer serves its purpose, which i'd say is for a few years longer yet; GC/GWS success will de-leverage incrementally

Bit of a non story, it’s not as though they were a powerhouse club in the time period suggested.
They were just a list of honest battlers it’s not like they were stacked with talent from 14-20
