Please elaborate spoiler. whats the go with the trainer walking out over treatment by certain 'professional' parties?
In terms of the love / powell incident - i saw the whole thing and love instigated everything and powell was defending himself. Love got what he deserved (not the League's fault Love had the 2 weeks from last year) and so did Powell. Case closed. Ainlsie's got every right to appeal, but I don't know if they'll have much luck. Love was reported on two separate charges, where as Powell only got reported for one.
Who's everyone's pick for the flag? I reckon that Ainslie might be a chance, but reckon they'll need to stabilise to be given that chance. The loss of love might have more of a psychological affect on the playing group. I dont think Eastlake have the cattle, Swans are 50-50 and Belconnen are out in front, but looked shaky in the final few H & A matches. Could be anyones game, but keen to hear some thoughts...
Yeah spoiler ellaborate on the "professional parties", after 20 years of training it doesn't sound like the head trainer needs a break or wants a break to do something else with their life? I beleive the trainer in question might have been hinting at abreak for many seasons but dedication to the cause allowed us to keep her services probably longer then even she thought.
as for the original question i beleive its about players & culture but if you want to change it to volunteers then thats ok.
