Its on the herald sun football page, i had it open but have closed it. They say its a "hot spot". Im not sure if i should just play Campbell/Davey and have Brown on the bench or get rid of him. There is really nobody i want to get. What do you think Nigel Lappin will be like?

nigel lappin... barring a recurrence of the injury is fine for the money. a lock.

Save a trade and play one of your reserves instead.
It might cost you 20 points less this week and next week.
That is 40 points.
You can make that up by picking good captains.

Actually, Brown is gone. It's 2-3 weeks as of right now, but that will soon be 5 weeks, then he might play a few games and his leg will be sore again. Far too risky, he's out.

if it were 2 games id be ok on brown. 3 is a bit iffy. its an injury where u really cant tell how long it will be for.

You think? This is a relatively minor swtich, but it's also pretty big in the scheme of things. I need all the $ I can get to get rid of Nathan Brown. Currently have $54k.

10-20 possession games - will maek way for smith or gibson 3-10 week stretch he will get. hansen - i cant read laidleys mind but i dont think we are that light on that we "need" to use him as a kpp - sense this is a taste more than a requirement he play. boyle and ellis other to consider - and leaves more of a question mark in my mind.

if u want that warm feeling about a young player like you do for hansen (pick 3 total package next pavlich etc) then ill tell you that some feel riggio is the total package and rate him up there with jws (the great white hope of the kangaroos). hes rated very highly and taken early underage for his draft. hope that helps.

I am deciding on the N.G.Brown trade and am thinking about:
1) Franklin (dont really want as he doesnt get big stats)
2) Monfries (not really sure what Sheeds will do with him)
3) McPharlin (dont want a KP back to be honest)
4) A.Lovett (probably the best of the pack, but not great)

Who would you guys pick out of the 4?

Oh and I agree on Hansen, he was the best player taken from last years draft IMO. Love the look of him, will be a superstar.

Well I'm going to keep Riggio then.

I currently have Ellis, and I just don't see the Hawks not playing him considering their love for young talent and that fact he was taken so high in the draft. I'm going to keep him.

However Brown is gone, at this stage I've replaced him with Hunter who should average about 70. I don't know if it's worth upgrading him as to be honest there are no forwards around 300k which interest me.

I think almost every side i have seen has N.G.Brown, wonder how many people will keep him now he is out for round 1? I have traded him as i dont trust he will be back anytime soon.

Although I am a Tigers supporter at present I am sticking with Brown in one of my teams and have traded him in the other. Part of me thinks it is a risk keeping him but the other part says many might panic and trade him off and regret it if he comes good in 2-3 weeks. A gamble but one that could have good reward later on down the track.
