Q 4 Demons fans... How much gametime will Nathan Jones get given the depth and quality of Melbourne's midfielders?? ie Bruce, Green, Johnstone, McLean, Sylvia, Moloney...

Bruce isn't mainly a foward, no idea why people think otherwise. But Jonesy will get lots of gametime regardless because he has shown some awesome form, I watched him yesterday and he looked like a seasoned veteran.

Robert Murphy, yep I'll be getting him, a bargin at that price.

Also in contention for an axing is Cockshell from Port, will he get a game?

Tough one but i chose to go with rob murphy but now i think of it if tredrea makes a comeback the hands in the back rule will help him immensly.

Moloney will be cheaper than Jones, and a better option in my opinion

Edwards will get more games, though won't be a DT player.

Will kick goals but won't get many possessions.

Nah I'd give Clint a miss, he is still refinding his form. I have another melbourne defender in my team that looks to be a real suprise packet this year! He's my secret weapon this year so sorry boys, keeping this one to myself!
EDIT: Actually looking at his price it may not be so bad! I'm considering him now, even if it's just a reserve...

Look out for Dean Polo
he had a stellar debut year last year and wil be even better this year.
Who can forget his debut game where he picked up 28 disposals and kicked 3 goals!!

Prismall from Geelong, not sure how expensive he'll be though.

Bizzell ripped it up on Saturday, was great to see him run the ball out of defence and setting up goals again. No reason why he can't get his average of 60 and be a serviceable cash-cow. More suited to SC though.

I have to admit, im a Bizzell fan. He does seen pretty cheap, if he can recaputure some form from 2 seasons ago, he will be a great buy. bench for me.

Max Rooke is a steal for me also.

The problem with players like Rooke is where will the improvement come from?
I cant see his price increasing to much. He is a good honest player.
Much like a Craig Bolton. His proce will not improve much at all if any. If you take them they should be a permanant fixture in your team IMO.

Forget about age and next yr coz its ONLY for this season...this isnt about which is the best batch of players either but which batch suits your needs JUST FOR 2007. They are obviously weighted differently and u can play them wherever u like on the paddock.
