he is definately one player i will be looking to avoid next season. I just hate his inconsistency, and his best hasn't even been very good. Season high of 120.

Really? Hes now averaging 83.6 on the season and hasnt missed a game. Thats pretty good considering the state of the backline this year.

Unless you put him captain, so what if he is inconsistent? At the end, all that matters in DT is the average. Before this round, Shaw had an average of 86.6 which puts him as the 2nd best defender that has played all 15 games.
 
I suppose it does matter a bit if you are going for a league win rather than overall. His poor weeks could cost you a shot at the GF. If your going for overall, inconsistency doesnt matter at all.
 
Ryan Gamble's been spotted at Kardinia Park with his full kit.

James Kelly comes to mind as the one to miss, but there's every chance it could be anyone else.
