If it was real, I assumed it was a release date for the demo, not the game.

I think this is the most logical answer. Considering the page was for the demo, not the game.

I asked them whether the PC version will come out at the same time as the console version, I got this reply:

"The PC version will release after the console version, but the release dates for either have yet to be locked in and announced. Hopefully it won't be too far away now"

I was expecting a delayed PC release, but it's still disappointing
