just spoke to my local eb and big w, eb guy said they r gettin them in on Thursday which sounds false coz every other eb has said Wednesday, big w lady said she had no idea what the release date even was....the point to this is that these were 2 completely useless calls lol

Rang the local Harvey Norman store where i have pre ordered, they say they arent aware of this game and havent ordered it in.

It's not illegal to sell it, it's a breach of contract, so no you won't get in trouble as the purchaser, the store might.

I just heard that EB have run out of their preorder bonus. They will still take preorders and price match of course.

Will you guys alow it to be sold early?

On the flip side, for the losers that haven't pre-ordered and are sitting around for the first hint of an early release from any store (including myself), it would be like the second coming of Jesus to Christians.

I already pre-ordered the game ages ago but If Big W released the Game today and EB didn't I would just go cancel the pre-order and get it from Big W. Simple. Even if I couldn't cancel it I would still go buy it from Big W and my EB copy would go to Ebay

I went into my EB at Parabanks (Salisbury South Australia for you non SA people), and they said they wont even receive their stock until the 21st. This sounds like BS to me. As if they wouldn't get it instore before the release day.

That could be grounds to get it released?? print it off and go to your local EB or Game and show them the photo of "your mates PS3" see if they bite the bait..
