Theres quite a few punters on this board and I've thought for a while now we need a thread where we can post great odds and offers we've found and help out our fellow punters :D I've gotten some great tips just throughout random threads on here over the past year or so.

One offer I'm loving at the moment and everyone should absolutely be making the most of is Sportsbets money back on Head to Head bets if your team is leading at any break but loses. Goes until round 8.

Bonts at $501 for the brownlow was one someone said in another thread that I got on. Has now shortened to about $100.

Looking at the odds for round 2. Liking the Dogs at $2.95, Melbourne at $2.85 is ok, Sydney at $2.05. Chances are those teams will at least lead at one break.

Fire away!

$10 Challenge

Round 1:

Fargy - WCE @ $1.45 *WIN* - Total: $14.50
Doggies FTW - Bulldogs @ 3.15 *WIN* - Total: $31.50
Doggy Dan - Adelaide @ $1.55 *WIN* - Total: $15.50

Supercoach scores betting is where the money is.

Angus Brayshaw is $17 for the rising star, great value.

Are wuss bets applicable here? I won $41 dollars in total from 2 bets which I put $1 on each this week :p
Not bad! Don't worry I'm extremely broke and bet small too :p

Haven't looked at Supercoach score betting before but that actually sounds pretty interesting, might have to look into it. Yeah pretty good odds on Brayshaw, Hogans going to be bloody hard to beat.

Great thread. I didn't know about the money back offer with Sports Bet. Will give it a whirl.

Stringer for WB leading goalkicker before the season was around $3.75 which i was more than happy to get on:)

Crammers looks fit. He was rusty on Saturday due to no footy, but I would still expect him to give Stringer a good battle for top goal scorer at the club.

Crammers plays too far up the ground for me whereas Stringer will primarily play deep not to mention he has a few more weapons to kick goals than Crammers.

Fair enough. I still think Crameri will kick 35-45 goals.

Hes probably 2 - 3 more games away from hitting top shelf whereas Jakes looking in prime form except goalkicking.

Last ten games comparison.

Stringer ave goals - 2.5 per game

Crameri ave goals - 1.5 per game

If jake plays 20 + games this season he will kick 45 - 55 goals this year, which is complemented by our more attacking game style. Kicks straight and this could be even greater.

I'm off punting after GC forgot to turn up to the MCG on Saturday...until this weekend :p
Usually have a $20 Super multi with around 5 legs and need 3 or 4 to get up. Try and throw in some value like a most disposals or something like that. More for fun than actually trying to become rich quick though :p

I usually put a $5/$10 multi on the EPL most weekends because the returns are much more generous (due to the draw being such a possibility). It's great when it comes off, but my god it's hard to pick the outcomes most weeks.

I keep seeing this 'Bet Swaps' ad pop up on Big Footy, does anyone use this or can explain to me in one sentence what it is?

Yeah EPL multis are great. I usually chuck a $5/10 multi on the epl and pretty often one on the AFL, then chuck on a few $5 bets on the AFL games I watch. With the sportsbet money back offer I've been willing to go a bit higher on the head to head bets though which is good.

EPL punting is for mugs, for the very reasons you mention. Any sport with three outcomes (all as likely as each other) is to be avoided.

They are multi killers, plain and simple.

I'm doing the $10 challenge this year. $10 on a team with odds of $1.25 or higher, re-invest all winnings as far as you can make it.

If you nail one every week you can win over $1k, I'd imagine it will be harder to bet it when there's a few hundred sitting there but at the end of the day you would only be losing $10. Picked GWS last week, this week is a bit tougher. Hoping Freo's odds of $1.61 for the derby stay around there, absolutely easy money

I had a multi Richmond, GC, Doggies, & GWS for a $450 result. GC was probably my most comfortable leg.

Like that $10 challenge thing, saw Hawthorn were $1.30 this week, seems like free money against the Bombers!

How do you get around games that over lap?

Multi them up or just pick 1?

Aren't Freo playing Geelong at the Cattery?

Have done this one before...got it to $600 or thereabouts. It's good.

What do you mean by overlap? It's just one game you pick out of the nine, the $1.25 rule is just so you don't pick the short priced favourites & can actually build something decent

Right sorry misinterpreted.
