No where in the OP does it say the stuff ups had to be caused by the AFL, it actually says "stuff ups that have occured to/with the AFL". And there's no doubt these stuff ups related to AFL in that they affected matches.

Allowing Port to draft Brett Ebert as a Father Son pick even tho his Father Russell hadnt played enough games in the qualification period. Everyone presumed he had but no one checked till after the fact.
