Parker is a total flog. And I'd take him in a heartbeat. Exactly what this club needs. Someone who was a core part of of a perennially successful system, with proper edge who knows what it takes to be a winner. You can't say that about any player on our list. I've been saying for ages we need our own Brisbane Lions version of Luke Hodge to show our players what real leadership looks like and what success actually takes in the AFL.

TLDR: Total flog, GET HIM IN
 
Parker sounds perfect. would be great to have him around Duz and Caldwell who are shaping up as leaders of the playing group.

The blokes still so much of a campaigner he’d make a difference I reckon

I wanted him when he was drafted. And 5 years ago. Not so much now.

Are we forgetting the premiership success at Freo that followed the recruitment of hard nuts like Solomon and Mark Johnson in the twilight of their careers??
 
Literally no player would care if Luke Parker joined us just because he sledged a guy

But if any player did care then that player should probably be shown the door

He's the perfect player to have for a young developing side that is trying to build it's identity and standards.

Unfortunately that isn't our team.

if we had an AFL avg fwdline the only thing he'd be shrugging is retirement.

another person mentions recruiting an inside mid before we recruit a decent fwdline should punch themselves in the ****in head. that includes a new fwdline coach.

dale tapping can **** off too.
 
As if Parker would come to this.
 
So we need two small forwards. Another KPF .
Two half backs with speed . Preferably 188cm range.
A back pocket to replace Kelly. Maybe another to replace McGrath.
The list of need’s just keeps getting longer.
