If we are losing both Lobb and Cerra while also need to move our pick #27 up ever so slightly to swap for Clark then I'd like to have that fixed in one of those exchanges.

I don't want to lose Lobb for let's say pick #15 and then trade that for Clark. That's unacceptable.

Lobb potentially going leaves our forward line very exposed if Tabs goes down. Would mean one of the new draftees, JVR/Amiss need to step up with a 2nd year Treacy. (Or Fyfe goes forward and kicks 15 points)
If finals this year are a must from a marketing POV, keep Lobb this year, develop young guys and trade with a year left. Or then keep him if he turns it around under Graham.

no it won't be. I think we are best placed for a premiership push when the draftees from 2016 - 2021 are in their prime. the oldest of these currently is the 2016 bunch aka swaggy onion's cohort is 23. we have 7 years before they start theoretically declining.

That would be sweet but I found it interesting that Gold Coast traded out all their picks except 3,19,61,69

Even tossing in 79 for Collingwood but not 61 and 69.

I’d love to be able to get our hands on 19, but I suspect it’s more likely 61,69 or both as part of a trade of our F4 and Brodie.
