There was a report a few weeks ago clarkos team had asked for someone with coaching experience to be on the panel.
I was surprised when the panel was announced that was not the case.

It sounded like we were done with incomings in the coaching department. The cost of getting Clarko and Viney, leaves us going 2 coaches short, I recall Boomer saying on radio. I suspect Patch and Boomer will have bigger roles then just player development.

I very much doubt that Clarko would have committed to the club unless he was looking to bring in as many quality assistant coaches as required around him. Clarko will want to bring in his own team. The investigation will only have delayed this process IMO which is why we still haven't seen appointees.

The continued personal development he invests in himself and the vast amount of experience that he has built up would I'm 100% sure have taught him that success requires a team. There's no way he and Viney and will have left the club in a position where we're unable to invest in the best possible football department to maximise the skills and strengths of our players. He's come to North to enhance his reputation, not to tarnish it.

If partially, or wholly exonerated, how the players feel about this whole situation is the single most important thing from a NM perspective, and it's something that hasnt been discussed that much. How Clarko feels about honouring his coaching contract, and whether the wind has been taken out of his sails after having this whole situation blow up e.t.c is only a small part of the puzzle. The kids who play under him are the ones who will have to go out into the community and bare the brunt of insinuations, jibes and aspersions more than he will.

It's interesting that Clarkson has fled the country during a criminal investigation. I'm not sure why Cleary didn't tackle him at the gate...could have been a reward on offer. Typical gutless afl reporter.

If Clarkson was smart he wouldn't have gone to a country that has a good relationship with Australia. Australia is a category 2 type A country so extradition from the UK is incredibly easy.

That's one way to throw your reputation and credibility in the bin. If you're on the attack in a situation where it isn't necessary, you're scared. What reason does he have to be scared? Its interesting that any opportunity on twitter that people have given Jackson as to what he'd actually write if in Sonja's position has been met with silence, all the while he's have personal attacks on others.

First of all the noise is in relation to the focus of the football club and the football industry in general, the trade week, secondly there wasn't much insensitivity when Sonja did actually refer to all those, specifically, all, affected by the allegations.

What else does she have to write? Nothing at all? Like everyone else?
