I could be mistaken but it seems this election his re-election campaign has been promising building community things everywhere he goes so add ours to the pile of pre-election commitments and I'd be wary about being looked after in what I presume is a safe labor seat.

You don't know that..we already have some federal funding locked in for a start. I don't believe they would have made such a big announcement if it was just pie in the sky stuff.

The Libs will back he Aboriginal Centre of Excellence. The club has been talking to them about it for months. Remember it was the federal Libs that gave the club $4mil.

SA Best has promised $6m of the $7.5m pledge for that. Jay has pledged $8m for the precinct and whilst I haven't been able to find the split up of the $8mil anywhere, I reckon they have matched the $6mil.

The Libs might not offer monies for the other stuff.
