I imagine that Robson, Dank & The Weapon will be getting their jobs back now?

100% spot on.
I'd expect to see David Evans issue a public apology on Essenton TV tomorrow morning.

A lot of good people on this board have poured their hearts and souls into uncovering Essendon's evil drug programme over the last 5 months.

I think we should take a moment to contemplate the horrific waste of time and subsequent emotional lows this will incur. This is a time for mourning, not celebrating fellow Bomber fans.

Im still not sure why gerrards word is gospel he didnt have a document, nor did he have any news. He just changed a view on player bans

Id still wait for the announcent essendon fans, same advise id give to people holding pitch forks, just wait and see surely

I don't buy the bolded bit whatsoever mate.

ASADA took about two months to release a statement confirming AOD falls under S0, they wouldn't have done it if it was their stuff up right from the start.

It is easy to see how ASADA could have given the wrong advice. The so clause is ambiguous the say the least. As I've said before, AOD has Therapeutic Approval in Australia if prescribed by an Australian Registered Doctor, administered by a compound chemist. The s0 clause doesn't say it has to be approved by a specific government agency.

I'm inclined to agree, but it seems that is going to be Essendon's argument. "They said its not prohibited so we used it." They're going for the omission argument. "They never said anything about SO"

It's hard to believe that not one person at Essendon has contacted ASADA and asked is it approved for human use. Surely someone down at bomberland knows the code.

It's also mind boggling that the ACC could put out a report with such misleading information.

It also defies belief that anyone at ASADA could say that AOD is not a prohibited substance without also including that it is not approved for human use.

Last week, when he was demanding heads on stakes Essendon supporters were declaring him to be an idiot. Now he's a god and must be believed. Quite funny really how they flip flop between love and loathing for the various news makers.

With all due respect to Gerard is this really going to be how ASADA announces the biggest **** up in australian sporting history

Something smells here - six months of investigating to find out its their fault - please!!!!!

One more thing - did the NRL receive the same letter and if so why no mention and why no news out of that camp that all is good with the world - in fact it's not just good it's ******* great

I have heard all the drugs that Dank offered and club officials ratified are in IOC accredited labs in Cologne, Germany that specialise in peptides on behalf of the IOC. I would assume that will be final piece of the puzzle.
