Rumours are that Tooheys is paying for it with it looking like a Tooheys New can

Didn’t Toohey New used to be red way back when?Rumours are that Tooheys is paying for it with it looking like a Tooheys New can
Nope, he/Souths sooked and withdrew him so it's Crichton now in.Yes truly awful for us Canetoads.
Seriously though, speedy recovery to Trell, hes always a delight to watch even if it is carving up our centres.
Campbell Graham straight swap?

They pulled him out after Graham/Souths made that point. Funnily enough, no one had heard of this before then...NSW pulled him out not Souths. Graham hasn't been training early in the week for Souths for over a month, usually just trained the captains run. In a weird way it is a good thing gives Graham 2 weeks to get right and he'll be fine. Mitchell is just a minor one, saves him travelling to Adelaide!

I strongly suspect Campbell will have some pretty big regrets now. If he'd rocked up to training, he'd be the starting centre.
Sure, spin it however you like; he'd be playing this week had he been named in the original side and he'd still be playing this week had they not decided to force the NSW team's hand.Keep believing that. Graham was open about it. He couldn’t train till the weekend. It was known to every Souths fan he wasn’t training till the captains run from round 6 onwards it’s an injury he’s managing.
He won’t have regrets if Fittler finally gets the sack he’ll get to ply Origin under a better coach

That should never happen. Half the comp would've finished playing 6 weeks before, it'd completely ruin off season's for players.Souths have every right to- the one ridiculous rule is the 18th man can’t play club football. So in essence they likely don’t play SOO and they still miss a club game. Don’t blame Souths or Graham and he’ll likely get a better coach after NSW lose that isn’t so much about pick every Penrith player despite losing last year convincingly.
Origin should be after the season anyway

That's what they should be doing. They do it for one of the 3 games, just do it for the other two as well.Worked fine the last time they did it. They HAVE to have less disruption to teams, the rounds during Origin are a farce. Other option is stop the competition for 3 weeks have a mid year break, play Origin over 3 weeks one after the other.
They're not even doing it for one of the 3 games anymore as of this year. The Sunday State of Origin games never rated as well as the Wednesday games. That's what they should be doing. They do it for one of the 3 games, just do it for the other two as well.
Interesting. I have no idea why it wouldn't. Assumed people would either want to watch the game or they wouldn't.They're not even doing it for one of the 3 games anymore as of this year. The Sunday State of Origin games never rated as well as the Wednesday games.
