Single handly turned Richmond from the 7th best clearance side to the top side in the last 5 weeks and also the 6th best contested possession side to the top side as well. Highlighted on fox footy that he is 2nd in the afl for clearances in the past 5 weeks himself. Looks like he will be an absolute gem.

had a very good fantasy record when he actually played (and wasn't sub) at GWS, couldn't figure out why he wasn't getting games considering he was one of the few midfielders who could actually earn their own ball, considering he was competing with skinny teenagers.

Not so easy to "work out" a player good enough to win their own footy though, gets good contested possession and clearance numbers. Helps being a 3rd-4th string option too.

Most probably.

GWS are always going to favour the high draft picks when it comes to list management however. Miles was a lowly zone selection and they are less likely to look stupid by cutting someone like that.

Did not want to lose him, no idea why he was delisted, except to say he was behind a number of others at the time. But the club made some phone calls and got Richmond to rookie list him. His talent and hard work got him promoted off that list.

Always one of my favorites, even from back in the pre-AFL days. Good luck to him for making a go of it at Richmond. They got a good one there.

GWS zone pick, delisted and picked up as pick 27 in the rookie draft.

Promoted when Jake King (another rookie list pickup) got injured, and King's retirement would have, in part, been so we didn't need to push him back down.

That's the only bad thing with these expansion teams - there is a shitload of talent and a lot of it won't be noticed
