Rattling off names doesn't make it true. In all honesty a leadership group of Waite/Murphy/Simpson/Gibbs/Fevola/Stevens would have been suffice. Any of those would've been a much better captain than Whoman.

I mean even our off-field trouble maker Fevola displays more leadership potential than your joke of a skipper. What I don't understand is how kicking a goal from the square makes you any better of a leader. Wouldn't a clip of sticking up for your team mates, spouting off directions or even other players at the club swearing by your leadership around the club. Something which Fevola, Stevens and even the much younger Murphy and Gibbs have acheived. There is a major leadership crisis at Richmond, Deledio is a great player but is no leader and the club would've been much better off with Cotchin.

Judd or Whoman? I think i know who i would rather leading my club to our 17th and 18th premierships.

As for Sam Mitchell... he's probably the best extractor in the competition. He gets the hard ball. Judd has been struggling with the hard ball at Carlton... it was much easier to get the ball at the Weagles because Kerr would give it to him. Squibbs and co haven't provided the same level of service to poor Judd's detriment.

Who led the comp. in hard ball gets this year ? Thats right... a certain C. Judd!!!

Simple - I have no respect for this "All Australian" crap. Never have and never will, it's far too subjective.

And as for your stats bizzo, I'm not into that either unless it is providing supportable evidence to back up your argument, not solely being the argument. I prefer to use my eyes.

Reading not a strong suit? I said he displays more leadership qualities than whoman. Yet W.Smithers searched the web for a suitable video to show off this great new captain choice yet all he could find was Whoman squibbing a free kick and assing a goal?

Now the club is in a bit of a leadership crisis in the 24-30 bracket, but surely a Cotchin, Foley, Richo or even Gourdis would make a better captain.
