The ladder stands as such:

1. Hailebury
2. Scotch
3. St Kevins
4. Wesley
5. Brighton
6. Caulfield
7. Geelong College
8. Geelong Grammar
9. Xavier
10. Melbourne Grammar
11. Carey

Wow, who would've picked this. after 3 rounds, xavier are 9th and melbourne are 10th. with the mighty melbourne grammar yet to register a win from their opening 2 games against teams who weren't even given a thought to challenge the premiership. all i can say is, thats what you get grammar. you talked the talk, and when it came to putting your performance where your mouth was, you failed. all those hard earned fees pumped into the glorious first 18 got you no where.

the moral of the story is (as we've seen with a number of games this season): SCHOLARSHIPS DON'T WIN PREMIERSHIPS.

just take it easy, grammar are too good to be down there for long.
amazing spread of results though, with xavs and mgs both going down, unbelievable

According to the Age, Skevs won easily. Skevs 15.13 to Geelong College 4.3

I'd be interested to hear how Tom Liberatore and Mitch Wallis played?

And also Liam Jones for Scotch...

Yeah college not very good yesterday, injury to captain H.Johnstone in first minute and liberatore good in parts good first quarter!

thats a f*kin bigie, that one.
Did grammer hav players out, did they play with an arrogant dikface mentality, or did wesley just turn it up on them?

Skevs vs college anyone?

As far as i know MGS weren't missing anyone, keith, may mitchell all played.

While Wesley was missing there 2 VM boys both ruckmen/key forwards in campbell and jones. So it was an undermanned wesley that beat MGS.

Would love to hear from some Grammar boys about Wesley, sitting 2-1 are they a genuine premiership threat?
It is more than possible that the top 4 could be all sitting 3-1 after this weekend, making it one of the most open Premiership races in years. Anyone care to predict a ladder now after 3 rounds have being completed?

i think wesley are a real shot this year with a few outs last week to knock off MGS when they get a full side they will give SC and HY a real shot

well, full credit to Wesley, they just outplayed us on the day. i wouldn't think that they are a genuine premiership contender. We played like shit the whole game and only lost by around 20 points. But they are definetely not to be taken lightly.

I think its very difficult to predict a premier this year. At the moment its hard to rule out any of: Haileybury, St.Kevs, BGS, MGS, Wesley, Xavier, Scotch, and possibly CGS.

mate, they would still have to beat BGS and Scotch.

thats a ridiculous thing to say anyway, because MGS vs st.kevins is the 2nd last round. anything can happen until then
skevs scotch saturday week, should be a good game, quietly confident skevs will be able to beat both bgs and sc
