I'd think 1 of those picks should be sufficient to get Tarrant.

Obviously those picks will move back a spot for every team that uses their compensation pick for this years draft.

Tarrant is 30 and has possibly 2 years left. He's well past his best and will be depth. Have you not kept up with things.

If you are expecting Tarrant of 2009 or 2010 before several injuries, you need to go outside, pull your pants down and have a good look at yourself.

If Freo say no, we say no. I'm all for getting him but not at the price of a good youngster.

It's not worth trading or using the Fraser compo. Because in any of the drafts after 2012 it will be a much higher pick.

I actually think they should add a pick along with Tazz for Jack. If they are asking for more then that then, no can do.

Leon + Pick 42 for Taz sounds fair, a player we don't really need for a player they don't really need.

Both players should be best 18 but won't be because of younger guys with greater potential, at least Tarrant was in AA form before getting injured.

Taz for Jack I am fine with.

It's easy for us on the Tarrant side of things, offer Freo peanuts until 1.50pm on Tuesday (2pm is the cut off time I think) and then up the offer just a little bit, and get Taz for peanuts plus a late draft pick.

Tarrant has already said he will only play for Collingwood, it will be so, now it's just a matter of how low Freo will go.

If jack wants out I want a second rounder, unless it's Carlton then I expect a first rounder or a second plus Judd and Murphy, no actually bugger their spuds their first and second rounder will suffice

Barry Hall went for a pick in the early 30s??? in a weak draft.

Hall had 2 years left and a much better player then Tarrant and far more required.

Late first round at absolute best, more likely a second round pick from a lowly club like Richmond or Essendon.

From all reports though, unless Freo want to play ball and do a fair deal with Tarrant/Anthony, Jack will be at the pies again next year.

A lot of people are forgetting that Fremantle don't want picks they only want to do player for player deals. Its all well and good to say such and such player with pick da da da, but they only want players that can help them win a premiership in a year or 2. That is why they asked for premiership players rather than our first round pick.
