Anyone been able to secure getting into a League with any celebs? SEN, Sport927 (I think) have mentioned getting into leagues with their reporters and AFL players?

I was in a league last year against Craig Hutchinson and his SEN crew - they were hopeless.

SEN have an ad going around at the moment about their Dream Team leagues but none for Supercoach.

Thanks Walesy...So it looks like we have unlimited trades after the Carlton/Richmond game on Thursday which is a good thing. Just can't trade Carlton/Richmond players. Cool.

Is it possible or even advantageous to select a 'donut' team for Round 1 if you are going for a league win strategy? Do donut teams get evicted from a league or do they just score zero in the first round?

You'll get kicked from your league the moment league matches start if you don't have a complete team. If you just want the first three weeks' worth of score info as a leg up on your mates, more power to you, you big wuss.

I just want to clarify the change of players between positions.

Correct me if I am wrong,

For example:

If I select Tippett as a fwd (given he can play ruck also) I can put him in the ruck if I have a ruck player who is eligible to play fwd to swap with. Correct?

If I have Tippett in the ruck and no fwds who are eligible to be used in the ruck then no swap can be done????????

That's exactly right. You need a RUC/FWD in both the Rucks and the Forwards.

You can see it in effect by picking Tippett in the Rucks, Lobbe in the forwards, then hitting the Substitute button.

Its not a crazy idea at all.

I had all three in my team last year and finished 283 odd overall.

Is having Dangerfield in the midfield a good idea?

Basically im keen as to get him in my side, but with Barry Hall and Jack Ziebell also in my forwards theres no room for him. I had a similar annoyance trying to fit Higgins, Skipworth and Krakouer all in my forwards.

With the new multiple positions switching thing, I dont think it will be a bad idea. Im just hoping it wont cost me later in the year.
