Yeah, at the start of the season we were told that there would be a partial lockout in round 1 as well as for the split round. No mention of any other rounds.

Seeing as there isn't another question I will post mine. I'm in my 3rd year ranked just outside the top 1000, 1st year finished top 2000 and last year finished top 100. Unfortunately I made a rookie mistake and have ended up with 5 Geelong players on field in GAJ, Selwood, Bartell, Enright and Pods. Should I look to trade any of them out to even it up as I get very nervous having that amount of scoring in one game.

I'm thinking I should just wear it but with 9 trades left and a completed side I do have the option of trading, say, Bartel for any other mid.

Nope, they are all keepers and any trade out would be sideways and a waste (barring injury). With nine trades left and being just outside the top 1000 you can really push for the top 100.

Thanks mate, that's what I was leaning towards but I do get very nervous when I have a third of my team in the one game (if Geelong player Bulldogs for instance).

Cheers for the advice, sometimes you just need a bit of reassurance.

is there only a 2 hour window of opportunity to change captain, make trades, select emergencies and all other minor adjustments to teams?
I have footy training 5-7 on thursday so there is no way i will be able to make my changes in time with being able to see team line ups
is this just bad luck or should there be a partial lockout cause im sure theres alot of other people in the same boat as me.

this could ruin my season as im sitting 471st overall atm and these minor team adjustments could be the difference

Yes, there is no partial lockout this week, so only the time between teams & the Thursday game is available.

Anyone know the answer to this?? I am presuming it will be a partial lockout untill the Brissy V's Blues game is over than re open etc. Cant find anything on the SC website atm.

Had an email from the SC nerds at the Herald Sun today. There is no partial lockout. Teams/trades will need to be finalised before the Blues/Lions game Thursday night. We will not get a look at final teams for the Sunday games before lockout.

Got the same problem except tossing up Higgins, Pods, Goodes, Hall & Rockliff.

Tempted to go for Goodes but they are playing Richmond

If that's the case, cash one of them in and upgrade Maric or Ladson. Watch for TDL from the Swans this week and make use of the depth in your fwd line. You only need 1 player to cover and TDL should get a decent run to provide you with a second which you probably won't need.
