Also, with Mark Williams being our best forward, is he a good option?

Will love being the main target, didn't have the chance to shine in a super Hawthorn line-up. Will be getting more kicks directed at him, whether he makes the most of his opportunities and/or gets enough of the pill playing out of the square could be another story though. Probably more of a SC option.

With Hurley, I guess it depends whether you have the cattle to suffer that much cash sitting on the bench for the first 3 rounds.

Personally, I wouldn't pick him. There's just too much uncertainty around him for my liking but as a wise man said to me recently, if you can justify to yourself having him over someone else then go for it.

With Hurley, should I put him on the bench and let Macguire on instead or just trade him completely?

I wouldn't even think about putting Hurley in a fantasy squad Seany. Will be scoring okay when he comes back, but missing 4 or so rounds early and with him not quite keeper status; he's in no mans land. Keeping him on the bench for a minimum of four weeks would be a waste of money you would think, maybe cash up a little more in the midfield if you're going to downgrade Hurls.

I'm unhappy with the amount of Bombers in my SC team. I've got Myers (7th back), McVeigh (4th mid), Hille (2nd ruck) and Gumbleton (7-9th forward). I feel it's one too many as I don't want my blind faith to have too much of an influence over my team. Not sure who I should tin, I've only got $16,200 in the bank. Was looking to make Ladson my 7th back but not sure if I can squeze cash from my team elsewhere much more.

Keep them? Scrap for others at similar price range?

I'd scrap Myers and McVeigh. Can't see them scoring much.

I've also got 4 in my team.
Dempsey, Watson, Williams and Gumby on the bench. I'm still tossing up between Hall and Fevola. Not sure whether the Brown and Fevola thing is going to work as great as everyone as saying. At the moment I've got Brown and Hall.

Not exactly great advise without any justification.

Spike only needs to improve on last year (64.45) which is not only possible but likely. If he finds '08 form then he could be a season keeper, if he just improves score he could be seen as a place holder until Judd gets a nod before round 6.

Myers is turning 21 and this will be his 3rd year in the system. From all reports his form as an extractor in the magoos last year is exactly what the side needs to help with Jobe. He'll more then likely be getting time through the middle. This along with natural progression should see his scores increase, the question is by how much.

Hall will mainly sit in the goalsquare. This could hamper his score and see many low scores simply from a lack of touches, even if he kicks bags if he goes quiet later in the game it will hurt his SC badly. Fev is another risk as he won't be playing a lone hand for Brisbane. Having one KPP is risky enough as it is, having two from the same side is just madness.

Hey guys, a bit of advice would be appreciated.

Cyril and Tapscott are injured so get rid of them, I'd have podsiadly and rocklif on my forwards bench. Barlow from Freo is a must pick if he is elevated, and sheppard and mumford wont score enough to be played on the field. Get NicNat instead and either Hayden, Kennelly or Schoenmakers instead

Do you expect Prismall to be a good selection for dream team this year. Would apreciate the advice as havent read anything about him this year.

Here is mine for comparison. Still have $100k left for changes

Don't know about Hayden. Underrated player for sure but durability is a big concern.

Waters could be 50k cheaper and I still wouldn't touch him. I reckon he'll burn a lot of people this year as he will break down again. I'd almost put money on it. Virtually half a pre season and no match fitness. I wouldn't be surprised if he broke down again in the wafl presuming the eagles aren't silly enough to bring him straight back.

I also think maybe your midfield is a bit light on. I would get another gun in there personally.

As long as Waters plays 5 or 6 games then he'll have done his job. You'd be looking at atleast $100k increase in value from 5-6 games.

I agree about the midfield though, starting 3 rookies is very risky. Starting 2 and having 2 on the bench is more than enough and they will earn you a shit load of cash and you'd be able to turn 4 rookies into 2 100PPG players come finals time if you trade wisely.

Not sure if this has been raised already, with 450 posts its a lot of reading and I just don't have that much time. So I apologise if this question has been asked previously.

Is Jarrod Athinson a Round 1 lock? chance?

Thank you in advance any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Definitely not a lock and at the moment not likely.
