Just wondering how has Stanton's pre-season been?

Would he be a good pick up in DT?

Pre-Season has been good by all reports, but think Prismall would be better around the same price

By car and bus mostly.. when he's not walking that is.

Didn't play the first week of the NAB so missed out on a plane trip there. I don't think it'll hurt his chances though.

Hille hasn't missed a beat.

Its a matter of how quickly regains his touch.

or
Bartel (c) + Selwood - 220 + 105 = 325

Do you expect Prismall to improve much this year? Does he get the attention of taggers or does someone else? Is he a safe bet to at least maintain his average? and how has he been with injuries?

Hey Guys, What do you think Mark Williams will average in Both Dream Team and Super Coach? I had Varcoe because he was going to hopefuly slide into the middle more. WIll Williams push up the ground and average 15 kicks a game or stay as the camped forward and kick 3 a game?

Prizza should be a pretty safe bet to at least maintain a 95 avg, he has had a full pre-season, so matching last year's performance should be a minimum pending injury or tagging....

Dempsey has been tearing it up this pre-season and IIRC hasn't had any injury concerns to hold him back. Knights has mentioned the possibility of moving up the ground, not sure it will happen though. Still not convinced he won't still fade in and out and deliver a 50-60 game every 2-3 weeks (think he did this once in pre-season too).

Stay deep and kick 3 a game is the desired result, with others ear-marked to push up further (Monfries, Davey, etc...).

Don't get him IMO, preseason has left a lot to be desired. Did a few really classy things every game, but got hardly any ball and only kicked 1-2 goals pg max.

Not much around that price range, maybe Brent Macafer as he showed some good form late last year, but still cant be sure he'll get game time. Maybe Gary Rohan at 154 and use the extra cash else where.

prismall has the biggest scope for improvement in price/scores, besides mcveigh who will probably get the biggest price inscrease though may not score high enough to warrant selection, others wont drop off watson could improve slightly though might get more attention, winderlich and stanton should score the same....

In terms of who will score the most:

1. Stanton - proved last year his ability to break a tag with only 2 scores below 70. Will step it up a notch with (even) more hard running into space. (My Expected average: 108)

2. Prismall - Played 88 minutes on ground last season for him 95ave coming off a knee reco. Preseason numbers not the greatest but that isn't throwing me off. (105)

3. Watson - Has improved his fitness and his kicking in the off season. He is very very close of tempting me out of selecting Prismall as my M3, might come down to the last day (100)

4. Winderlich - Was a great pick last year, but through spending more time in the forward line i wouldn't expect his average to rise much further (97)

I have him in my team. I think he should improve on last year. Has looked great all preseason. However could be better options at that price, but I personally rate him.

I thought about Hooker but am undecided about his ability to play 20-22 games this year, may need a rest in the 2's at some stage.

I really like Stanton for DT, but given the he isn't as consistent as other primo mids I'd wait for a few 70's/80's in a row so he drops in price...then pick him up and watch those 170's roll in!

Hey guys, i'm in of a bit conundrum. In my backline i've got Jay Nash at about 223k. Do I keep him, or go a Raines at 228k, Shoenmakers at 196k, Moore at 139k or is there another rookie i could pick that i just don't know about.

Also, with my ruckman, i've got Ottens. Who would be a better fit, either Ottens or Nic Nac Natinui.

Thoughts anyone?? Would be appreciated
