Australian team for Hong Kong sixes tournament announced

Cricket Australia has selected a group of emerging players to represent Australia in the annual Hong Kong sixes tournament.
Tim Nielsen, Head Coach of the Commonwealth Bank Centre of Excellence and former South Australian player, will captain/coach the team during the two-day tournament that starts on Saturday 22 October 2005.
The team is:
Tim Nielsen (Capt / Coach) Commonwealth Bank Centre of Excellence
Dane Anderson (TAS)
Liam Buchanan (VIC)
Beau Casson (WA)
Daniel Christian (NSW)
Nathan Reardon (QLD)
Ken Skewes (SA)
Geoff Allardice (Manager) (Cricket Australia)
The eight competing teams have been drawn into two Pools for the first, round robin stage of the tournament:
Pool 1: England, Sri Lanka, Australia, Hong Kong
Pool 2: Pakistan, South Africa, India, West Indies
Australia’s qualifying matches will be against England, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong, with a final series to be played by the top two teams from each Pool.
