I think there is an element of truth to this.

Its like we manage ourselves through the season. We don't put all our cards on show for 3-4 quarters every game, we do it for maybe 10-15 minutes a game and just keep teams at arms reach otherwise

Watching the replay and from just after Castagna's goal in the 3rd was the moment for me. Cats try to surge through but each release is met with a tackle and by the time the ball is out there are 3 Richmond players to mop it up. Knew it was a Richmond game from then. Plus Lynch whispering sweet nothings into Stanley's ear for not getting back and touching Castagna's goal on the line was the cherry on top.
