He's made it clear he'd be open to helping .. albeit not on a full time basis

Has put his had up to help the Crows & boy do we need all the help we can get.

We should be getting Balme immediately at AFC in any capacity... even part time.

We currently have no quality operators in AFC management & will continue to be mediocre until we get quality football people back into the club.

Balme as a part time Footy Director to immediately replace Roo.

Literally even if he did 1 day a week at the club he would be immediately more valuable then Nicks/Kelly/VB/Burns etc combined.

He was diagnosed with epilepsy last year, managed by medication. Where was the heart attack news?

Even as a Roo board replacement, Balme would be very valuable in an advisory capacity.

Not expecting him to work full time in an operational position, but capable of a part time role.

Best way of staying mentally sound is by staying involved.
