I don't know a lot about the situation but if its deemed too unsafe is it too late to organise a neutral venue? It would be far from ideal for Bangladesh but I'm sure they'd prefer that to the tour being cancelled.
Sri Lanka would offer similar pitches. Or possibly the UAE?

Has Nepal hosted international cricket?

Besides, that won't happen, no money would be made from it

I think they've hosted stuff like World Cricket league, world T20 qualifiers and intercontinental cup. In terms of money, I'd say they have the potential to make as much money, if not more than Bangladesh, considering the massive crowds they get in Nepal, when compared to the empty stadiums you usually see for Bangladesh tests. They're pretty much the same time-zone as Bangladesh too, so TV rights wouldn't really be an issue.
For reference, this is the crowd they got for an ACC Cup semi-final against the UAE:

Bit out of left-field, but if the facilities at Nepal are good enough it would be absolutely incredible for cricket over there.
Even if Nepal was a viable neutral venue for international cricket, they're certainly not going to be able to magick up a couple of Test standard pitches in the space of a week.

I'm sure the aftershocks from the earthquake would make playing yourself in a bit of a challenge

Australia vs Bangladesh in Nepal. The world would come to a standstill for such a series...
I dont know how Steve Smith would get his ceremonial knife through customs though..
